Grassland & Muck, the triennial event organised by the Royal Agricultural Society of England, returns to Stoneleigh, Warwickshire on 24-25 May 2017.
Join scientists from Rothamsted Research North Wyke at Stand 522 to learn about their research into the processes underpinning grazing livestock systems and hear how this information can be used to help farmers achieve more from less by optimising on-farm nutrient use efficiency and maximising the value of pastures, conserved feeds, livestock and manures.
Also at the exhibit:
- The launch of the new Farm Crapp App Pro - a free app for farmers, available on Apple and Android devices, to help with nutrient management planning. The Pro version allows the user to map their fields, create full nutrient management plans and take complete account of manure and slurry applications depending on season, soil and crop type and application machine.
- Interactive demonstrations of soil health assessments and minimising nutrient losses to the environment
