BIOGRAPHY

Chloë is a scientific technician within the Analytical Chemistry Unit, a team providing extraction, digestion and analysis for soil and plant materials as a service in support of the research programmes of the institute and external clients. Chloë joined Rothamsted Research in 2017 and has specialised in crop and soil preparation procedures, including nitric/perchloric and aqua regia acid digestions and PBI extractions. Chloë is also jointly responsible for the operation of the Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES), for major and trace elemental analysis of a range of sample digestions and extractions.
