NICOLA YATES

BIOGRAPHY

Nicola is the International Projects Manager at Rothamsted Research, responsible for the identification of potential overseas research partnerships and for the facilitation of international collaborations in support of our strategic goals. She monitors and profiles the Institute’s international activities and provides support for all international programmes. She also provides operational support to the Rothamsted International Fellowship Scheme, which enables researchers from developing countries to train at Rothamsted Research on jointly developed research projects. Nicola has more than 20 years of agricultural research experience at the Institute and has now directed her activities to international research development. Her current focus is the organisation and coordination of a series of overseas workshops with strategic partners, which is funded by a Global Challenges Research Fund-Impact Acceleration Award.
