WENDY WILMER

BIOGRAPHY

Wendy is head of the Analytical Chemistry Unit and leads a team of experienced analysts who provide a specialist agricultural testing facility based at Rothamsted Research in Harpenden. She has more than 35 years’ experience in instrumental analysis and preparation techniques used for agricultural research samples; specialising in colourimetric anion analysis, TOC and ICP spectrometry. Wendy has expertise gained from a number of previous roles including work on the Long Term Experiments (LTE), research on soil nutrients, quality assurance and the management of a service facility. Working hours: Monday & Tuesday 09.00-17.30, Wednesday & Thursday 09.00-15.30.
