Advanced high resolution accurate mass LC-MS instrument. System includes a Dionex uHPLC system that is configured for reversed-phase separation.

Anatune MSD Bench top GC-MS.

Configured with a GERSTEL autosampler. Used for targeted analysis and structure determination of non-polar analytes.

Buchi Speed Extractor.

Automated large scale solvent extraction with user-defined methods utilising sequential solvents together with temperature and pressure programming.

Dionex HPLC with automated fraction collection.

Used exclusively for natural product isolation for structure determination of “unknowns”. Automated fraction collection allows unattended repeated peak collection.

Large scale Freeze-Drying.

Utilised for lyophilisation of plant tissues prior to metabolomic analysis. Large scale capacity enabling processing of all experimental tissues together.
