Biography
Arne is a Bioinformatics Engineer and the Product Owner at KnetMiner. He holds a BSc in Computer Science with Game Development as well as Bioinformatics Honours and Masters degrees (with distinction). Arne has started several small companies and uses his entrepreneurial skills, game development design language and Bioinformatics analysis skills to actively improve the KnetMiner experience.
Although South African, Arne has lived in four countries, attended nearly ten schools, two universities and worked in several different industries, all helping formulate his open minded and flexible character. Among other things, he enjoys mechanical engineering, CAD, robotics and learning about new hardware as hobbies.
