Net Zero and Resilient Farming
Theophilus is a Specialist in Grassland Science with research interest in sustainable grasslands and ruminants’ production. To achieve this, he evaluates grassland management practices especially on-farm techniques with the potential to reduce GHG emissions and/or capture carbon, having net benefits for production and the environment towards designing practical Net Zero+ farming systems for livestock industries. Theophilus holds a Ph.D in Animal Science (Forage Science/production and utilisation) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Nigeria (2018). He currently holds a Postdoctoral position as a Grazing Systems Environmental Specialist, Rothamsted Research, North Wyke, UK.
